Please give 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions.

West View Millennium Surgery will no longer offer a telephone prescription line service from Tuesday 31st July 2018.  You can continue to order your prescription in the following ways:

* Anytime at the reception desk

* Via systm one on-line

* By the postal service

Please speak to the prescription helpline to discuss any of the above everyday between 2pm and 4pm on 01429 890401

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
