Patient Group

The purpose of the Group is to assist The West View Millennium Surgery in improving the running of the Practice for the benefit of patients and staff, to provide a patient view to the Practice and to have better communications between patients and the practice.

They will act as an advisory body and will champion patient views and provide  assurance that patient needs  are taken into account so that services are provided in an appropriate, safe, effective and timely manner for the population. Whilst the Practice will make every effort to discuss the Groups deliberations, it does not guarantee to be bound by them.

The group is NOT the channel for patient complaints. There is a formal complaints procedure which should be observed and details of which can be obtained from the Practice Reception.

If you have any suggestions or concerns that you would like to bring to the Group then you can place them in the Prescription Request box on the front desk and they will be forwarded to them.

If you are a patient of this Practice and would like to join this Group then ask to speak to the Practice Manager.
